Sample considerations
Before sending your material, please consider the following:
Material
What are you sending? What are you trying to accomplish? Is the sample representative of your production material?
Particle size
Maximum particle size: 12.7 mm (0.5 in.). Materials exceeding this size may not be suitable for testing.
Safety
Disclose all known hazards, including hazardous chemicals, treated materials, flammable or combustible materials, explosive materials/dust, corrosives, and biohazards.
Condition & processing history
Provide information about moisture, prior cleaning, sizing, drying, treatment, or other processing.
