Brian Burney President/CEO

As the fourth generation of his family to lead Oliver Manufacturing, Brian brings a rare and well-rounded perspective to the role—shaped by 35+ years of hands-on experience, industry insight, and a deep-rooted commitment to the company’s legacy. His journey began humbly, working his way up from the ground floor and gaining firsthand knowledge of every department.

Brian’s leadership is marked by a thoughtful balance of tradition and innovation. Known for his tireless curiosity and steady vision, Brian is a uniquely qualified leader who continues to position Oliver Manufacturing as a world-class manufacturer in an ever-evolving global market.

Joe Pentlicki Vice-President/COO

Joe Pentlicki joined Oliver Manufacturing in 2010 as Operations Manager and has played a key role in the company’s continued growth and operational success. As Vice President and COO, Joe oversees day-to-day operations across the organization, working closely with department leaders to drive manufacturing, customer service, financial performance, and overall business strategy.

Melanie Burney Director of Finance/CPA

Melanie is an indispensable part of the Oliver family, leveraging her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Denver to guide the financial, human resource, logistics, inventory, and procurement efforts.

Ian Ely Director of South American Operations

Armed with a degree in Agronomist Engineering from the Universidad Federal de Rio Grande do Sul and three years of popcorn researcher experience; Ian’s journey led him to Oliver in 2012. As our legal representative based in Brazil, he now uses his strong background in farming and food processing to promote Oliver Manufacturing’s incredible lineup of products in South America.

Megan Valentin Marketing Manager

Megan Valentin is the Marketing Manager at Oliver Manufacturing. She leads the company’s marketing, communications, and business development initiatives across domestic and international markets. As a fifth-generation member of the family business, she brings a deep understanding of Oliver’s legacy and a passion for advancing the company’s future while expanding its reach across the seed, recycling, mining, and industrial markets.

Dave Means Service Manager

Dave Means is Service Manager at Oliver Manufacturing, bringing approximately 20 years of hands-on experience in equipment maintenance, repair, installation, troubleshooting, and customer training. He works directly with processors to keep equipment operating reliably, support facility startups, and improve machine performance in the field. Dave also plays a key role in Oliver’s operator training programs, translating practical service experience into clear, usable instruction for customers and their teams.

Troy Jackson Regional Sales Territory Manager

Troy Jackson is a Regional Territory Manager at Oliver Manufacturing, bringing decades of hands-on experience with Oliver equipment and processing systems. He began his career with Oliver in 1994 and worked across multiple manufacturing departments, giving him a deep understanding of the company’s machines from the inside out. Today, he applies that technical background to sales and customer support, helping processors identify practical equipment solutions based on their specific needs. Troy is known for a straightforward, technical approach and for working closely with customers throughout a large U.S. territory.

Lauren Wilken Regional Sales Territory Manager

Lauren Wilken is a Regional Territory Manager at Oliver Manufacturing, bringing more than 20 years of experience in sales, account management, and customer service. Her expertise includes whole-facility processing solutions and seed-treating systems, helping customers evaluate equipment within the context of their broader operation. Based in Twin Falls, Idaho, Lauren supports customers across the western United States and western Canada, including the Pacific Northwest. She works closely with processors to identify practical solutions that improve performance, product quality, and long-term equipment value.

Ryan Geisinger Customer Success and Fulfillment Lead

Ryan Geisinger has been a dedicated member of the Oliver Manufacturing team for over five years. Starting out by managing all parts orders, Ryan became the go-to expert for getting the right components to the right place—on time and with care.

Now, in his role as Customer Success and Fulfillment Lead, Ryan combines his deep product knowledge with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. He works behind the scenes to make sure every order runs smoothly, and every customer feels supported. His steady approach and problem-solving mindset help keep things moving.
