Processing equipment sales and application support
The right machine starts with the right converstation
Equipment decisions are easier with an engineer on the line
For 90+ years, Oliver Manufacturing has built the gravity separators, destoners, and drying equipment that keep seed, grain, food, and reclamation plants running clean. Our sales team's job is simple: understand what you're processing and get you to the right piece of equipment — new, refurbished, or repaired — without the guesswork.
Every plant is separating, sizing, or drying something a little differently — different capacities, different contaminants, different budgets. Oliver's sales team doesn't start from a price list; they start by asking about your material, your throughput targets, and the constraints of your facility.
From there, they'll point you toward whatever actually solves the problem — a ready-to-ship machine, a refurbished unit at a fraction of new cost, the parts to keep your current line running, or a factory refurbishing program that brings an aging machine back to like-new performance.
Straight answers, not a sales script.
Our reps work alongside the same engineers and technicians who build and refurbish every Oliver machine — so the recommendation you get is grounded in how the equipment actually performs in the field.

The best way to evaluate a solution is through testing.
Three principles of separation guide our recommendations
Particles of the same size but differing slightly in density can be separated.
Particles of the same specific density but differing in size will be graded according to the size of the particles.
Particles differing in specific densities and differing in size will not be effectively separated.
To determine the best solution for your application, we offer sample testing in our laboratory located in La Junta, Colorado. Our team will review results with you and recommend the equipment and settings best suited to your operation.

When making an investment it depends on several factors, including machine type, capacity, level of automation, added features, and customizations.
Generally, larger-capacity machines and advanced automation packages require a greater investment, while smaller systems offer a more economical entry point.

Oliver equipment is available in a wide range of capacities, from laboratory and pilot-scale machines to high-capacity commercial systems processing many tons per hour. Actual throughput depends on several factors, including the product being processed, moisture content, material cleanliness, desired separation quality, and machine configuration.
When evaluating capacity requirements, it's important to consider not only the volume of product you need to process, but also the level of separation performance required. Higher throughput rates may affect separation quality, while lower throughput rates can often improve precision and recovery.
-
While every manufacturer has its strengths, Oliver has built its reputation on delivering reliable performance, long-lasting equipment, and exceptional customer support.
We design, build, and test our machines in-house and continue to support equipment that has been operating for decades. When comparing suppliers, we encourage customers to look beyond the initial purchase price and consider factors such as separation quality, durability, service support, and total cost of ownership.
