Oliver Manufacturing is seeking an Industrial Primer Painter to join its production team in La Junta, Colorado. This full-time position is ideal for someone with experience in industrial painting and priming, blueprint reading, surface preparation, and finishing who takes pride in precision and quality workmanship. Responsibilities include cleaning, sanding, and preparing surfaces; applying primer using appropriate techniques; inspecting and maintaining equipment; and working with the production team to meet Oliver’s quality and scheduling standards. The position offers a four-day work week along with health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k), paid vacation, holidays, sick leave, and additional insurance benefits.

What you bring:
Education: High School Diploma or GED
Experience in painting/priming and reading blueprints within a manufacturing setting.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Knowledge of different painting techniques, materials and tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
